Basalt fiber roving is a continuous bundle of fibers made by melting natural basalt rock at high temperatures and then drawing it out. It boasts excellent physical and chemical properties and has broad application potential.

Core Characteristics
High Strength & High Modulus: Tensile strength reaches 3000-4800 MPa, elastic modulus 79-110 GPa, comparable to carbon fiber and superior to glass fiber.

High-Temperature Resistance: Long-term service temperature ranges from -260°C to +700°C; short-term tolerance up to 1000°C. Non-combustible, low-smoke, and non-toxic.

Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to acids, alkalis, salt spray, and UV radiation, with stable performance in chemical and marine environments.

Electrical Insulation: Excellent electrical insulation properties with low dielectric constant, suitable for electronics and electrical applications.
